Shipping Policy
Please note free shipping does not apply to Sensory Pods and Crash Pads. Shipping rates for bulky items are estimates only and further charges may apply to remote areas.
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom (Excluding Ireland), Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, PNG, Qatar, Taiwan and Thailand.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days depending on demand – We aim to get your order to you ASAP. We local preferred couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected.
Depending on your location delivery can take up to 2-9 business days. If you require your order urgently we recommend the Express Postage option. My Sensory Space is not liable for delivery delays caused by couriers.
As our systems are automated, you have 12-hours to make any changes to the shipping address or order. After 12 hours, you can redirect the package through your provided tracking link.
We are not liable for orders that are sent to the incorrectly inputted address and we do not cover shipping costs if the address is inputted incorrectly or the parcel is not collected in time.
An extra shipping fee will incur if the parcel needs to be resent, otherwise, we can refund the cost of the item. My Sensory Space will not be liable in the event that a parcel is deemed lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address by the postage company.
