Refund policy

Refunds for faulty items are assessed case by case, depending on length of time and amount of use of the product.

We are pleased to accept exchanges for your product(s) as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product along with the original invoice.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including attached tags and labels.

  • Only store credit will be offered for returned items (unless item is deemed faulty)

How to return:

Please mail it to our warehouse address: My Sensory Space Unit 3, 6 Resources Crt, Molendiner Qld, 4214.

Make sure to include your order number, name, address, email, phone number, and any instructions or comments. Note that:

  • We will not reimburse postage costs for returned/exchanged products unless the product is defective, faulty, or we shipped the wrong item to you.

  • Before returning or rejecting a product, please notify us online. Do not dispose of the product without first receiving confirmation from a My Sensory Space representative. If the product is faulty, we may ask for evidence of the issue.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product does not meet our guidelines.

 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please notify us before your item is dispatched from our warehouse and/or when we see your email. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it for you if it's solely due to a change of mind.

Change of mind

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days after delivery to return the product and receive store credit to repurchase a different item. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Faulty

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Photos or a video of the fault must be emailed to support@sensoryspace.com.au to receive a replacement or a refund. Once an item is replaced, we can no longer process any refunds or replacements for the same item.

For hygiene reasons, tooth brushes, headbands, and hairbrushes cannot be returned for a refund, unless deemed faulty upon arrival.
