IMPORTANT NDIS INFORMATION

Due to the high demand and heavily discounted items during our Black Friday Sale, all orders must be paid for in full at checkout. Please note My Sensory Space is not responsible for the NDIS Approval process following your purchase, we will not be liable should funding not be provided for the items in your order.

 

EARLY ACCESS VIP CUSTOMERS

Early access will be granted to the customers whom signed up prior

to Wednesday the 20th November 2024 as a My Sensory Space VIP.

Please note that early access will be granted at 8:00am AEST for our VIP customers only.

 

BLACK FRIDAY GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our official Black Friday Sale commences to the general public at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday the 20th November 2024. Sale prices are as marked and no further discount code is required during the sale.

We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended.

This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.

 - Offer applies to styles specifically in our Black Friday Sale Page

 - Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale Offer, including the 20% sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items only.

 - Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale. You will be able to use your store credit during the Early Access Sale period and once the sale goes live to the public on Wednesday the 20th of November, 2024.

 - Due to the fast paced nature of a Black Friday Sale, orders strictly cannot be cancelled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

 

RETURN POLICY

- Please be aware that items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Support Team and we are unable to repair or replace with the identical item in the same size.

 - Please choose carefully during this sale, as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided - as stock levels are changing rapidly and we are unable to hold items for you.

 - In the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please support team immediately at support@sensoryspace.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

- Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.

- Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and Aramex given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout and advise you to allow for extra time in delivery.

We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.
