MY SENSORY SPACE BLACK FRIDAY SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The official Black Friday Sale opens to the general public at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday, 20th November 2024.

All sale prices are as marked — no discount code is needed.

Please note:

  • Sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to past orders or after the sale period ends — no refunds, credits, or adjustments will be made.

  • The offer is valid only on new orders placed during the sale dates and times listed above.

  • The offer applies to items featured on the Black Friday Sale page only.

  • Additional discounts or codes (including the 20% sign-up voucher) cannot be used in conjunction with this promotion. That voucher is valid for full-priced items only.

  • Store credits can be used as payment during both the VIP Early Access and general public sale periods.

  • Due to the fast-paced nature of Black Friday, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or updated once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


RETURN POLICY

  • All Black Friday Sale purchases are final unless deemed faulty by our Support Team and cannot be repaired or replaced with the same item.

  • Please choose carefully — due to fluctuating stock levels, no returns, exchanges, or credits will be offered for change of mind.

  • If you believe your item is faulty, contact support@sensoryspace.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

    • If the item is available, we’ll replace it.

    • If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.


SHIPPING TIMES

Our dispatch team will be working hard to process all orders quickly. During this busy period, orders will typically ship within 1–5 business days.

Please keep in mind:

  • Carriers such as Australia Post and Aramex may experience seasonal delays due to high demand.

  • For the fastest delivery, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout and allowing extra time for delivery.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier networks.
