When Will I Receive my Order?

We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday, with dispatch on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes between 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location.

Since our system is automated, you have a 12-hour window to update your shipping address or make changes to your order.

If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be held until the item is in stock. If you’d like your other items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, United States of America. Canada, United Kingdom (Excluding Ireland), Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, PNG, Qatar, Taiwan and Thailand.

Can I Order Express Post?

Yes! We offer Express Post shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Make sure you have provided the correct email address to ensure you receive updates.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product along with the original invoice.

The item must be in its original, unused condition and still have its original packaging, including attached tags and labels.

Only store credit will be offered for returned items (unless item is deemed faulty)

What If My Order Is Damaged?

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Photos or a video of the fault must be emailed to support@sensoryspace.com.au to receive a replacement or a refund. Once an item is replaced, we can no longer process any refunds or replacements for the same item.

For hygiene reasons, tooth brushes, headbands, and hairbrushes cannot be returned for a refund, unless deemed faulty upon arrival.

Yes! We offer order pickups during our opening hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
